I’m available for hire to cook your private dinner parties at an hourly rate.

I can cook and serve parties up to 8 people at your house and if the party larger then I would need to bring an assistant.  The style and the complexity of the menu depend on many factors such as the equipment your kitchen has,  the number of guests, available china and serving equipment.

It can be a fun exercise to match the food to the wine the client wishes to serve.

My service does include phone consultation ( to work out menus). Shopping time is chargeable and ingredients will need to be paid for.

Your kitchen, equipment and china will all be cleaned and put away before I leave the location.
