Writing, a mixture of travelogues, recipes, food news, interviews, cookbook, restaurant and equipment reviews for the last 12 years. Of course, the competition is fierce for any kind of food-based journalism but I believe that being a chef and having a lifelong passion for food give me a great advantage and starting point for any story.
